Sticky Chicken Drumsticks

Make the marinade

3 tbsp tomato chutney (Baxters)

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp light brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tbsp sunflower oil

Mix together

8 chicken drumsticks

Coat thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour
Cook in the oven

Above marinated drumsticks

Lay drumsticks in a shallow roasting tin and pour any residual marinade over them. Cook in the oven at 200° C for 30-40 minutes, turning once until golden and the chicken is cooked. Leave to cool, then serve.
