Sticky Chicken Drumsticks |
Make the marinade | |
3 tbsp tomato chutney (Baxters) 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp light brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tbsp sunflower oil |
Mix together |
8 chicken drumsticks |
Coat thoroughly and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour |
Cook in the oven | |
Above marinated drumsticks |
Lay drumsticks in a shallow roasting tin and pour any residual marinade over them. Cook in the oven at 200° C for 30-40 minutes, turning once until golden and the chicken is cooked. Leave to cool, then serve. |
