Vinaigrette |
Grind in a pestle & mortar | |
1 tsp rock salt ½ clove garlic |
Grind to a paste |
Put the ingredients into a Jamjar with a lid | |
Above garlic paste 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tbsp cider or white wine vinegar 6 tbsp virgin olive oil Freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp each of chopped chives, tarragon and parsley. Or none for a plain dressing. |
Put all the ingredients into the jam-jar and shake well just before using |
